I bought this a year ago and decided to work on it. I am doing all body work and paint myself.

Here is the major issue. Whoever had this car before me did not do a good repair job. This is an old pic but nearly the whole bottom of this sill is rotted out. I can see straight thru to the trunk. I will post more pics of it later as I get deeper into the job.

Lookin good so far, rust around the rear window has always been a problem with GM cars of the 70's. It's not too bad though..... I've seen worse. What plans you got for the 72? Nice to see somebody else working on a 4-door too. GL with the build! thumbsup.gif

I wanna go with a 454 then save up and stroke it out 476. might go with black outside or maybe a tope with a pearl in it. tuck and roll bench seats, two toned with salmon and white. not sure yet. i look at alot of pics and im tryna find a color nobody has used.. wanna stay with 22's cause those are the only tires i will be able to afford if i blow a tire. plus with the 454 im droppin i want some meat. is a daily driver.

i want mean on the outside and elegant sexy on the inside. i like to feel like im driving a luxury car when i get in it. nice and smooth like when u hop in a benz or a lexus. Those are my dreams so far.

wow alot of 4drs poppin up all of a sudden...they can look good if dun rite and def the no posts look 10xs betta to me (no offense to any yall wit the posts) and 2's mite look alil small on that big of a car..you could do sum nice 4's n not skinnys and still have room and wouldnt have to lift, maybe juz heavier duty springs and airshox in the back and could porlly do a 295/30/24 tire which is pretty beefy...but good work so far on the bodywork .you gonna save alot of money by doin it yoself
