SWEETEST IDEA NOBODY HAS EVER SEEN. OH YEA NOT GONNA PULL IT OUT TIL EASTER 2010.... NEED EVERYBODY HELP THAT KNOW ANYTHING SOUND AND ELECTRICAL......

I built a box out of plexi not to long ago. It's the same as building a regular box. Iirc a sheet of 3/4" plexi was around $980. You would need 2-3 sheets atleast.

thats alot of money and work to make it look good.

Suggestion, use wood and cover it with the same material as your guts then put ya neons on that and have the plexiglass in the front (where the subs will be mounted).

So when you look at the box you will see the subs and the material behind it and neon.

damn thats a nice size difference, probably could do 4 per chamber, but the only draw back is running the ssd would be around 1300 bucks and running 12s would be around 990, so it would ultimately draw down to how much money i would have, but 8 tens facing up ported back would look nice in the trunk, and all that extra air movement would be nice to have

Well 5k to 8 subs is lil over 600 rms. You can also look into those Fi SSD's or AQ SDC2.5's.

it matter in thickness/ heat to have give then how much time/patiance/craft to get it to what you want it. me makin abox is diff easy compare to makin a replica of a mimic center console. or you could do it the easy way and cast then moldthen use a clear apoxy that thick wit no bubbles.....

Do you have dual 2 ohm or Dual 1 ohm 10"s?

If you got dual 2 ohm, you can get (2) audiopipe 3500.1 (1 ohm stable, 0.5 stable but forget that)

If you got dual 1 ohm, you can get (2) audiopipe 3000.1 (2ohm stable)

Uh, you should've got the dual 2 ohm versions.

But this will work. This is an example using dual 2 ohm subs, look at option 2, since you have dual 1 ohm subs, the will wire down like option #2 and give you a final 2 ohm load. With that said, (2) audiopipe 3000s fit the bill!
