i found this caprice at a shop around my way thats been sittin for awhile so today i decided to see if it was for sale.talked to the dude and he said the car got dropped off awhile back but the owner never came to pick it up and now he owns it.he said he would sell it for 400 but he aint got the title. ijus wanna know if i would be able to get one made so i can cop it

idk how it is in fl but in tn we just go to a car lot or if u know someone wit a dealership permit and give them the make model and vin# and they will get us a title for $75....but the title will be in the previous owners name then u will have to forge a signature i've done it at least 5 times
