Lately when I go to turn from a parked position or while im driving the steering becomes hard to turn....I literally have to muscle my way through a turn using both hands...The power steering fluid is good...pump gone maybe im not sure...

Could be a bad rack 2...Usually pumps have a real bad whine to them when they're no good...
