A 3" cup kit has 1.5 tall front ,..3.5 tall is a 7" cup kit ..IT WILL NOT FIT correctly...if ya did manage ,it would be crazy tight in there and ride like hell.....What size wheels you going for ...

We make 3" and 5" dropped sub-frames .which lowers the lower control arm so the spring isn't so tight .the car rides like stock yet lifted,,just like a truck ..cups in subframe kits are taller
We also have 2' dropped a-arms..

A 3" subframe ,with 2" dropped arms ,and front cups that are 5" TALL will ride like stock yet lifted.....

i no i will need extended a arms, but will the cups fit? they are hard as hell to cut, so can i just cut the coil down some? if so how much of the coil to i need to cut to use a 3.5 inch tall cup and max out my suspension.

i am trying to get as much lift as i can using cups, i want to max the suspension travel out, and will fix the wheel lean with extended a arms.

I wouldnt cut the coil springs ..its spring steel and no fun to cut, also you'll want that spring for the lil bit of ride ......UP huh ..well if you can get 2.5 in, it'll be a tight fit ,you'll be UP ther with not much ride ,...not to fun ..

i am going to cut off one full coil on my springs which will make them and inch shorter, so my cut spring with a 3 inch cup should be the same as a normal spring and a 2inch cup.

alright got the springs cut and in with the cups, the cars not as bouncy as most cup lifts i have seen, so thats great. i cut off one full coil with a plug in sawsall and it took about 30 minutes to cut both the springs are pretty hard, but i still think it was easier that cutting the cup.
