im thinking about doing a model kit what type of kit do you get revell or something else do you go to a hobby shop, ebay or some where else

id try the hobbie store first then if you dont find it there look on ebay. if your looking for donks the only year you can get from the hobbie store is the 76 other than that they are mostly resin or hard to find kits. if you like 1978-1983 chevy malibu 2 door or wagon, try www.perrysresin.com

i was going to try my local hobby store first i just wanted to know if theres a ceretain brand to get i know of revell's got them 2n1 kits i got one of them before and never got to do it never even took it out the box and donated it to a kids orgnazation are they any good

yeah they are all cool just stop by the hobbie store and check em out.

k thinks i finnally went to the hobby shop and picked up a amt 1967 pontiac gto ive got every thing built and glued together waiting for the paint and glue to dry then ill finish putting the rest together

i know this could look better. i had a hard time with the paint i think the pics kinda make it better but it needs a better paint prep and different color paint, i used a competition orange it looks different when it dried i think it looked better wet also i made it a roadster once it was a vert with a piece of the plastic from the roof to make it look real. my little brother broke off the middle part to keep the wind shield on and the piece of plastic i used to look like a vert top. i also had 1 rim i dont even know where it came from i stuck it over what was supposed to be stock wheels and tires and it was a perfect fit.

theres finally s new hooby shop roun here now..so imma start building again...ordered me a grand national kit off ebay and a few others the other day and got me a g-bdoy mc so i can finish my regal that i started a few yrs ago wit open trunk and open doors but needed a frame and got paint for my corvette that i completely shaved and molded way last yr but neva got paint for it..so gonna finish that too and got 2 more kits comin from ebay...so should have pix up soon
