do it the yourself get some sand paper and go to work. then get a to shop spray it for you. your gonna save alot of money that way. im not sure which grit paper you should get but im sure someone here will know. or just go to 1 of those fiberglass websites they always have good info and tips to get your project right.

post some pics of it so we can see it. you might need some bondo as well to fill in any small holes or dips to make it nice and smooth while your doing the sanding and prep before painting.

I do fiberglass and I can tell you to start with 80 grit and work your way up until you're satisfied with the smoothness. From there you prime and paint.

I have the holes in the door panels already molded for the 6.5 highs but the vinyl is over it. i have a few more questions.
what kind of fiberglass and bondo do u reccomend me to use?
and when u put the panel on the door what will hold it on to the door? becose in pics that i see i never see screw holes that hold the speakers in. or that hold the panel 2 da door???

Honestly any fiberglass mat and resin will do. As far as the filler goes I wouldn't recommend Bondo althought it will work. I would recommend Rage Gold or something of that nature. You can find all of these items at a local auto paint store. So check the phonebook for auto paint supply or something along that nature. Ok now for the doors and speakers. In most pics you probably can't see the speaker screws because they're either flush mounted and covered and or the grill is just covering it. Your doors are gonna be held in by the same thing that held them in before you glassed it. In most cases it's those little white clips that pop into the door. Let me get some pics of what I'm working on now to better show you what I mean.

Good info from Mac D there.
Without seeing any pics of what your working with, I would say I would charge about $400 just to smooth them and have them in primer. Kandy paint extra.

Throw up some pics of your panels and we can tell you how to make them fasten the easiest way, or best way for your application.
