What color exterior of the car? Do you want the exterior to match your interior or do you want the interior to be completely different color?

Do you plan on putting speakers all in the doors?


I would do a combo of suede an ostrich, suede an leather, or tweed an leather, tweed an suede, Just straight leather dosent look to good on certain seats. You going with buckets from another bubble or the ss style seats? You can keep it simple with an 94-95 style impala ss console with the cup holders... 3-4 6.5's along the bottom of the doors and 2or3 in the back. Glass the the whole bottom and paint it. an whatever combination for the top.

Exterior gon b kandy organtic green.....so I was thinkin blakk n green interior...mayb suede n ostrich ...n yea I want 4 speakers in da front doors n 1-2 in da bakk doos....buckets from another caprice but jus don't know wut patter 2 go wit on da doors or seats

On my Caprice, i kept it kind of low budget and i wrapped the seats with black leather/vinyl upholstery, swapped in new black carpet(pain in the ass to keep looking clean), and a center console with cup holders and armrest. I have 2 yards of black suede so as soon as i grab some monitors for the roof, i'll be wrapping the headliner in the suede. For now all the plastic trim is all perfect and will be smoothed/painted after i get the car painted.





Here's a pic of the suede that we just wrapped up my homies coupe deville with, all plastic trim was prepped, sprayed with duplicolor primer, then the color.

Ideas for my interior been fuckin me up lately too... I want black on black.. no questions asked that my color scheme... clean ass black paint job... tints... black suede and tweed... maybe buckets... and I want a black fiberglass dash and door panels... I'll start a build thread as soon as my carpet comes in... thats the first thing I'm workin on.. be lookin for it wihtin the next week or two

if your seat is leather and it doesnt have a dam crack or rip or anything i would leave that shit alone IMHO. mine look like it got 20kmiles on it. very lil dirt on the edge

We're doing a '99 Merc now w/sand suede, sandstone allante, and antalope carpet. The car is a Hypnotiq blue/teal, and we're going to put welting in the seats to match the paint, maybe top stitch (dual / french) with a matching thread. We'll throw some pics up for ya when it rolls out the shop.

You know the deal, we just do the cars that are brought to us, lol. We don't pass jusdgement on what they want done, Especially when they bring you their own materials. Dude showed up with that peanut butter ostrich, and that car was black when we quoted him the job. Then he brings the car back to us, ready to get the guts done, and its fresh out the paint shop PINK....... I was like, so we changing the interior color? But dude wanted peanut butter guts, so thats what he got!

I heard he sold it already though. Was a pretty nice car, just didn't dig the pink.

All my 12 ways are sold but theres a few cloth 6 ways, and if you want to get them recovered, it will be even better.

Capi seats look like Gma seats, and the imp seats arent nothing specail or new.

You pull up with some bonnies Its a wrap. Plus they just feel so damn good.

man i was gonna say the same thing...like neitha match up at alll..theres no pink brought in the insides to match and peanut butter n black n pink dont mix wat so eva less u brought sum pink in it like inserts in places n ya the speaker pods dont look to good eitha

Heres my interior now.

I have caddi fleetwood, sill panels, fleetwood carpet, Fleetwood B pillars, Fleetwood drop down rear mirrors. Modified Rivera console to fit my 12" LCD VGA monitor, with a floor shifter, and my 12 way control box, Bonnieville 12 way seats, Blazer overhead console.

I can gaurentee, nodbody else has used Fleetwood sill panels in a Caprice.

I have to change the Script to something different.

Next im doing suede on the door panels, and possibly the headliner.
