Da most Id pay for that amp is 1200......but the price is jacked up mearly cause its compact and its the name JBL. JBL aint really known for their amps but those lil 1200Ds they use to make were striaight though. I cant get up with dude dat use to have da wall with the 18-12s. When I first met him he was running a shit load of those old MTX blue thunder amps (750rms but did a lil under 1K). He was selling them to me for $80 and I was hitting niggas for $300 cause back then a amp like that was bout $700 in da store and it wont no such thing as go to ebay and get it back then. So it wont no way of getting around the store prices. I wish I had of kept a few cause those lil shits were some monsters. Anyway back to the thread. I dont really like da way he did his wall. Looks kinda half ass. I cant stand niggas with wallas and u can still see the glass beside it. News flash!!! its not totally sealed if u can see all dat. Before somebody says it cause Ive heard it b4.....yes u can get it totally sealed. The trick is to build it as close to the roof and sides as possible all the way up to a inch behind the seatbelt mounting bolt. Then the sad part about it is u have to cut and trim the headliner and panels right @ the edge and ditch them from the front of the wall to the rear. If u ever have to take the wall out then ur hit on the headliner and panels unless u can find another car like urs @ the junkyard.

yeah i seen how steve meade was doing his friends escalade with 8 btl 18s or 8 btl 15s in tha lade truck, how they cutting panels and headliners to completely seal it, i can't do a wall, it would just annoy me to keep turning around and bam subs in my face just not me, i have seen some nice ones but just not my style

That amp does have one of the cleanest signals but i just don't like it because of the price and how big that shit is. If both wasn't a concern i'd probably still wouldn't get it...just get a shitload of CS 7k's since money aint a issue lol.

Brock's actually a real good friend of mine... I helped him with that install. shit was seriously loud. He ran 2 alternators and 2 yellow tops under the hood and 4 deka intimidators in the back. That setup was seriously painful. Hit the lows, too... wasn't just a one-note wonder.
