NEW RINGS, BEARINGS, OIL PUMP, TIMING CHAIN, GASKETS, AND NEW STOCK HEADS .STILL SHOULD RUN WAY BETTER THAN THE OLD 305. I GOT 24 INCH DUB KINGSTERS WITH 255/30R24 RUBBER. I LIFTED THE FRONT A TINY BIT WITH SOME SPACERS.

You would have to cut out a small section of the metal from your doors so that the rest of the back of the speaker can go inside the door.
