It depends on what you mean by runner. I have a buIlt 454 tall deck that Im selling for $4000.00. It is totally redone all new internals, full roller cam, roller rockers, 722/722 lift, machined heads, no bore, 12:5:1 compression, and a dominator intake. Motor was built at a drag shop if you look at the pics you can see the wheely bar in the background. If your intereste in a motor and want more information email me.

The 454 does need the following:
Serpentine pulleys
Dominator Carb
Distributor with Brass gear
