whats tha difference in tha two foreal i don't understand does one out perform the other, or do they perform on tha same level but one brand is a lil bit cheaper, and do they make either in some 5" or 6" for tha doors, i was gone deck my insides out with memphis m-class, but i keep thinking bout how them selenium and eminence sounded when i was in fla, and that shit sounded good and now i think thats tha route i should take, so i cn bring some new shit to these bama boys ears cause dont'nobody up here rock them and don't know body up here bring that concert sound to tha block, up here it's all about bass so i'm trying to kick something off, and a site where i could find them at would be nice

ok i found a site parts-express that sells them both, and only selenium makes 6inch drivers, Selenium 6W4P 6" Woofer is that tha correct driver i'm suppose to be looking at.................and what else would i need to bring the sound stage together pretty good, or is that all really for tha basic setup or is there anything extra, and should i take out my co-axial would that make it sound kinda crazy with running both

Should be enough room in your doors for the 6s not sure how deep they are though, are you planning on using the stock opening or fiberglassing some door pods?

he can do 6's, they all loud as hell, give em power. The mounting depth fir the 6's is 2.9"... my personal rule of thumb is to use half the number of tweets to your woofers. meaning if you going to buy (8) 6's then buy (4) Tweets. depends on your sound preference, i know dudes who got nothing but mids in their cars (no tweets) and all you hear is talking from blocks over. You dont need 100 of them either,a couple of them in a car will hurt ya head after while

basically what he said 150 a door and plus my back dash................so he gone hit me 650 i'm getting part of my door fiberglass basically tha area the speaker is gone be, and my whole back dash is gone be fiber glassed down with a vent for when i add subs so tha bass can flow through

Im going to try my own or let DC do it. But when 727customs was open they did doors for the L-O-W...i was talking about a full fiberglass dash and they quoted me $600 painted. They did that blue cutlass with the top cutoff on 6's round here, his entire interior is basically fiberglass and he paid more for his lift kit then his fiberglass.......

I also will be running (8) seleniums to start off so I got a 2-channel amp. (4) Seleniums can be wired down to 2 ohms, so (4) on each channel with at least 300W RMS is what you should look for, I mean even if you underpower them alot they still get loud as hell.

No wonder they went out of business QUICK. I'm not sure if I would trust fiberglass work that cheap. I know 727 did a half ass job on my boys alarm.

I got a 2 channel amp that does 300w RMS per channel I planned to use it for my ID oem mids, but I may do something different.

I only trust one guy and tht was Richard, he was barley there cuz he was always in jail but he been doing Car Audio and Mechanics for bout 20 years, and he worked at V.I.P. by my house and Bad to the Bone with Leo, he just couldnt stay outta jail...and his work was real good shit.
