all of a sudden i see black smoke commin from my hood and and an even bigger blacker cloud of smoke behind me in tha rearview .. a nicca heart jumped out his chest and sat next to me in tha passengar seat !!! ...
man... i made it to tha next exit and coolant was boilin out tha bottom of my shit
but yea, i pulled tha thermostat out and dropped in another one after she cooled a bit and cranked her back up ...man it sounded like i had cinder blocks jumping round in that bitch ....so i shut her down before that shit shoot through my damn oil pan ... but anyway ... i been workin on it ... bit by bit ..dollar by dollar...
it ain't as detailed as St. Petes engine rebuild but i'm comin along wit it ... i got a purdy good knowledge of engines (thanks mostly to tinkering round on my pops old cars when i was a shawdy and tha world wide damn web) ....... i took tha easy way out and sent that mug to tha shop and had them rebuild that bitch and leave tha cosmetic junk to me
i started just to buy a new enjine and call it a loss but had seccond thoughts and figured id keep it orig wit tha numbers matchin

in tha mean time i dropped that bitch off at tha shop and headed back to get started on cleanin up tha engine bay ... (das me in tha front ..das me das me right therr ..i knows my engine from anywhere so u bednot swap me out for no bull shit neither when i get back to pick it up!! ...lol)




cleand tha bay out and repainted it .. not a professional grade job but compared to what it look-ed-ed like B4!...

engine finally came back clean enough to eat off of after bout 3 or 4 wks ...by then i had been stacking up my parts and accesories ... nigga was geeked !.. a nigga couldn't wait to throw on my new valve covers and intake manifold just to picture what it gon look like ... now i gotta throw some paint on her

so far he did my pulleys (not the alluminum one in tha pic..i'mma pull dat off..thats for a chevy) but he did my hood hinges and i got a stack of other shit i'mma send to him as money comes in
...but yea i been reading on here bout tha work he did for other folks and figured i'd stop searching tha net for hard to find chrome parts and get just get my origional salvagable parts dipped tha right way


... i had bought some chrome hood hinges for a 72 buick skylark thinking theyd also fit a 72 cutlass but tha damn holes to attach tha hood didn't lign up wit the hood bolts for a cutlass ...
so if any of yall out there got a 72 buick holla @ me cause i ain't doin shit but sitting on em !!! ...
i just went on ahead and had steve dip my origioals too
man ...i still gotta run some new engine wires n shit ...

as u can see my engine wires aint shit ...
i found the origional engine bay and forward lighting harness on ebay tho ..... started to cop that mug but changed my mind and figured id be better off snatching ALL them old wires out front to back of tha whole damn car and lay some new modern wires...in case i decide to add some new gadgets
shit ..i still got tha old school glass fuses .....them shits is hard to find on a humbug ...
i went on and copped a Painless 18 circuit GM muscle car wiring kit for 72 cutlass after reading up on them


oh ...this is gonna be fun pulling all that old shit from behind tha dash and throuought tha car
but ..yea .. i'mm post up when i make some major steps forward
