I got some 22in rims, the tire size is 265/35/22 and I wanted to know if they would fit good on a 98 Lincoln Towncar the round body. Do I need to make any adjustments, Lift Kits, or anything? These are my first set of rims so I can use all the tips and Advice I can get. thanks yall.

They should bolt straight up. Niggas boltin up 24's wit rubber bands no problem on lincolns. If you got teh rims why don't you just put them on the car to see if they fit or not?????

Well I paid for them already, they should be here around Monday thats why. And I was just asking ahead of time so I dont get Juice by car shops to get them put on. I was callin around and some dude told me it will cost $600 to get them up on because it wont fit, and he has to do some modifications on it!! I was like hell nah, sounds suspect. I found this website out from a friend of mine, and he said ask yall. So here I am, and Im still gettin mixed answers. lol, thanks though. Any Lincoln Owners themselves on here know?

If you know how to change a spare tire then you can put rims on.

$600 to put 22's on? lmao dayum homie where you from........i mean the most they would have to do is trim alil on your inner fenderwell but nothin major.....do like vic said and try to bolt em up and see how much trimming you need if any and go from there

They should fit right on with no lift, just go ahead and slap them on when you get em, and if you need to just put some spring spacers in the front for a 1" lift in the front to clear them a little more.

X 2 I wouldn't even think about trying a mod like that.

I have a 98 lincoln towncar on 22's and as long as their 5lug univ. They will fit with no lift what so ever but that's only if you already got rid of the airbags.
