ive had this regal for about 2 yrs and i targa topped it and opened the doors and let it sit.....well after seein p209's models i decided to step my game up and open the trunk and add like the drip rails in the trunk and take an attempt at glassin in sum screens on the dash........once again my 1st attempt at using spot puddy and smoothing out the sides for the trunk to sit on and the dash.......i still need a chassis for it cuz i used it on my other regal after i broke the chassis for that 1 so this project is slow going and im juz looking at other peoples projects and getting ideas on how to do things ....but im happy with how its turning out

ok finally got a frame for this so i can actually finish it..its been sittin for over a yr along with my corvette project i never finished cuz i juz really lost interest..but now back at it

\

trimmed out the frame so the wheels would fit..so its like a mini tub and grinded down the inside frame up front too..now gotta make a suspension for em,then onto the interior which i started wit a center console and backseat of speakers...iono wat imma put in the trunk since i made it open..maybe anota speaker box or tvs for looks

lol dayum you kno your diecasts to welll...ya they did..i liked how the back 1s are deeper so its staggered..and wit slight mods can make the center console and wall fit

19.gif @ the glasses part............and paint wise i picked up sum sapphire blue metallic but the can top looks rea ll lite and not like a metallic so before i spray the body imma test it on sumthin...i had an idea of wat color i wanted it when i started it but forgot ..lol..gotta bad memory from the dayum green

but think i'll do wit baby blu guts kinda like i wana do my real g-body cutty..and i kinda wana paint the rims but dont kno if the whole face would look good painted or not (kinda thinkin no) but do want paint on em and its been awhile since ive built anything so imma lil rusty(no kid from vegas vacation)...so doin alil at a tyme

ive used that saphire blue mett.. that shits a good color. pretty easy to spray too, that consol fits in there well too

941cutty
ya i had to cut a section out the console so it'd fit wit the speakers for the backseat..but i'll bond them together so it'll look like 1 piece..still test fitting and grinding down rite now

wanted to get the wheels to sit in first so after i get the suspension dun i'll finish the interior and make the hinges for the trunk and doors

i got it from this ... interior and wheels came from the dropstars Lincoln right??..i get all my wheels and speakers from all my dub city's and dropstar diecasts i collected over the yrs..now theres shells of cars all over cuz i strip em down

and those wheels are super deep dish too.it hard to tell in the pix but they are..i'll try n put sumthin in the lip to show how deep they really are and they staggered..almost was gonna put em on the GN im doin (ya technically they both GN) but this one gonna be a regal wit chrome bumpers and took the motor out the revelll donk model monte and my other GN gonna be a real GN but got rims that look like asanti but not staggered(wish they was tho)
