They only reason y I'm makin this post is that mah uncle has a 350 v8 and wanna trade the v6 fo a v8 but the v8 has a 800cfm holley carb chrome valve covers new rocker arms new valves edelbrocc intake basically a hott motor but my v6 itz killin v8s i wazz rollin 1 day and a nicca n a bubble caprice wanted to race and i lost by a nose so if my v6 givin v8s problems shuld I take the v8 and give him my v6 motor and trans fo a 350 v8 and 400trans????? trade man, a 231 v6 with all that is still under 200hp and you dont even have headers and im not sure how your exhaust is. but that 350 with those parts on it should be able to beat what you got right now (v6)...im not tryin to clown just keepin it on the real fam. that 800cfm holley sounds like it might be to much for that sbc and its gonna hit your pockets and more for gas. it sounds like you want a runner so 350 it is because you can do so many things to it.

you will also get more respect for the car with a nice 350 under the hood over a v6. last but not least, selling the car im sure more buyers would make offers on a car with balls 350 than a slug v6 (jmo)

Get that 350...and unless you plan on doing some other mods the 800cfm carb is too much.
