Depends on the brand of kandy you want. If you buy HOK Kandy basecoat it costs about 44 - 65 per quart depending on the website you get it from. You will still need to buy a basecoat / sealer that goes underneath plus reducer. They don't have a royal blue, you will have to decide between KBC05 Cobalt Blue or KBC04 Oriental Blue. Then you can add Kandy Koncentrates to dark to your color. Or you can just buy Kandy Koncentrates KK04 Oriental Blue or KK05 Cobalt Blue and add them to an Intercoat Clear like SG100( if you stay with the HOK products) and the amount of KK to get the color you want. Doing that way the rule of thumb is to have a 4:1 ratio ( 4 part Clear to 1 Part KK). Buy atleast 2.5 quarts of KBC or Pt of KK depending on what route you go.

kandy kits are not 1500 house of kolor is tru kandy350 sounds right with out the good clear dc92 pretty good clear

ive never seen a "kit" of hok i mean i guess you can call it a kit if you buy base/kandy/clear but like you said ive never spent 1500 on just the candy thats for sure

for a good kandy job you will spend about 800-1500 or more for everything sum people use that akndy koncentrate too
