Price may be high but you get what you pay for. Build quality is amazing.

X2, they went up alot when they stop dealing direct online from the company, but the build quality is top notch. Plus, if you blow your subs, you got the option to get it fixed (reconed) or upgraded to a bigger sub. (Depends tho).

yeh, depending one what sub you looking at, i would look at Fi. Like the RE MT is about a stack brand new, but Fi got a "similar" sub the BTL, which in direct drop in test have been louder than the MT but for half the price. But if you looking at subs like the MX and XXX then yea go ahead and look into them, but i just wouldn't pay a stack for one sub.

just a a comparison. a guy came in here with 2 13.5w7's and a mojo 4000 we pulled those subs out put one 12" xxx in there and it was louder

JL sucks balls anyways. JL is overpriced compared to what you get for the same price from RE... The "retail" price of RE's stuff (since they sold out to US AMPS) is outrageous, but you can still get some deals from the "good peoples" who don't sell it at retail. It's illegal for the manufacturer to tell you at what price to sell their products anyways. So don't let any dealer tell you they can't sell below retail cuz the manufacturer won't let them. They're lyin.
