anyone know how to take off balljoints for a 85 regal. or do u have a link

shit I remeber when I broke one on my monte, I had to hammer that bitch out, and use a little WD-40 (was an upper ball joint). or you can go by a ball joint puller (I think thats what its called) from discount autoparts. It helps but you still gonna need to use some muscle behind it

After you get the brakes off, take the cotterpin and nut off of the tie rod end and upper control arm. Use a balljoint tool(looks like a big ass fork) to hammer between the spindle and control arm and tie rod. Change the tie rods while you're down there, they're like 20-40 dollars for both sides. Drill out the fours screws/bolts(not sure which) that hold the balljoint onto the spindle. And then you will need a BFH(big fucking hammer) or, like St. Pete said, get a puller from the autoparts store, they usually loan tools like that out for a cheap deposit in case you break it.

good look yall.. shoot i took it to the dude thats doing my lift instead.. he aint charging too much more to change out all the bushings and the balljoints.. so thats the deal.
