around 11 PM eastern time every night this forum is extremely slow and sometimes wont even refresh sometimes, it happens about every 5 minutes, it works for a little then it doesnt then it works then it doesnt, it keeps doin that for a while

anyone have any clue why this is happening, could it possibly be because of all the unnessecary bullshit that is posted?

site needs to be moved/upgraded to a dedicated server like mine...
