I have never done it. I have been reading forums on layitlow and scale auto and it seems pretty time consuming work and it seems to take some practice.

Yeah I've been reading on it too but I don't know anybody who personally did it before....I saw step by step pictures on mold making/filling and it does look real time consuming.

very expensive im talking about 150 to 200 bones so that better be a rare ass car or a 1 of a kind even the practice car will set you back for the same price. this isnt including fuck ups its really easy to fuck up and expensive at that i lost 40 bucks and a wheel attempting to cast 1 dub wheel luckily i didnt do all 4 so i got 3 fuck ups to go.

let me break it down

40 to 60 on that rare car
250 in materials for casting it takes about a half gallon to mold a car
40 for Resin
about a weeks work and 2 hours per car

so if i were you i would really think about it ive debated in casting my 76 donk but the costs isnt worth it plus i doubt anyone would buy them at 60 bucks a pop
