I want to see how they sit. The skinny 30 series tires wont give me the look I want on my full size car.

most of the fwd cars aint gone fit a 35 series tire right without a lil lifting or cutting unless they running a 265/30/22 which is gone be the only thing probably that close to what you talkin

another thing....i always tell people its not always the size of the car that matters.....you have clearance issues you gotta deal with...suspension, fenders, inner wheel well etc....there big ass old school cars that without spacers or adapters have trouble with certain size wheels...even 20's

I do plan on modifiying my struts to create a slight lift and more clearance. I just wanted pics of a few fwd cars with that tire size. It's a girl with a black SS with Edge Flash 22x9.5 and they don't stick out at all. The Monte sits perfect, look factory. I think the Montes got more clearance issues than my Chrysler. I'll try and locate it and take pics.

what size tire is she running? you can do a 22x9.5 on the monte and the impala but the 265/35/22 aint gone work unless the offset is low so the wheel sits away from the struts and you lift it so it dont touch the fenders but if you do 255/30/22 it works fine (265/30/22 works depending on the offset of the wheel but if it sits in a lil to far its a quick fix if you know what your doing)

She is running a 265/35-22 Tire, Pirelli. To be honest I think she got her struts modified, I think the strut plates that the spring sits on was raised a couple inches in the front and rear because the Monte sits about 2 inches above the tires. I think she got a +35mm offset or something because the tires are flush with the wheel well. I'm telling you its one of the cleanest I've seen. I think its a Dale Earnhart edition SS. Black with the Silver bottom. I going to a machine shop and see if they can raise the strut plates for me.

what some people do is just beat the fuck out of it to get that clearance but you still may have some issues when turning cause its gone be close to the inner wheel well right behind the front tire and in back they sit a lil low so you have to do something so everytime you hit a bump it dont rub....on your car its going to be different though....impala's and monte's are a bit easier cause you have more room to work with

True. Atleast I got that huge wheel well to work wit. My car makes 20's look like 18's easy. I swear the Chryslers got the biggest wheel well arches on any of the newer cars. The tires are coming next month. When I get them on I'll post pics and tell how it went down.

That's what I'm talkin bout. That Impala clean. It was tight with the 30 series but it sits like a beast with the 35 series tires with the lift.

Even with the lift your are still gonna half to cut for a 265-35-22

What process you used to get the lift you wanted?

New coils on the sruts in the front and an extension of the srut in the rear.
Also requires low offset wheels. Notice how the wheels stick out in the lifted pictures. That is what the customer wanted.

I got my wheels in a low offset because I knew I wanted to go big on the tires and needed as much clearance as possible. What kind of coils did you use for the front?

Some beefy coils we had in stock. We cut them to fit once we took the strut appart and determined what the sizing and style of the ends of the coils.
