I'm currently looking to put 22" or larger rims on my 86' Caprice. Know one local has really done this. Wanted to know if any change in the suspension is needed to do this??

Will the rims fit inside the wheelwells or outside of them??

And will I need air bagged suspension??

22 U NEED AIRSHOCKS IM DA BACK AND BLOCKS FOR THE SPRINGS IN THE FROUNT......24-26 YOU NEED TO CUT AND EXTEND THE LOWER AND UPPER CONTROL ARMS & USE BIGGER SPRINGS AND SHOCKS AND SPINDEL........ OUT BACK U NEED A BIGER SPRING TALLER AIR SHOCKS, CUT AND EXTEND THE UPPER & LOWER ARMS, ADJUST THE REAR END ANGLE AND USE SPRING LIFTERS

Air shocks I understand but what kind of blocks for the springs and where do I get them??

air shocks from discount and blocks from autozone, they come like four or five in a pack. they like 5 dollars a pack and the shocks iz like 70

y0o u dont need to do shytt to ride on 22's..i got 22's on muh caprice n i got no problems..ryte now im sellin dem cuz im goin for dem 24z..if u interested on them rimz for ur box let me kno...
