I grew up in Southern California and I remember lowriders with hydraulics since I was a little kid and Im 33 now. Im wondering because until about 10 years ago I never heard of any lowriding outside of the West Coast except for parts of the SouthWest like Arizona, New Mexico, places like that.
I remember going to the Christmas parade and all the impalas hitting switches. Being that my dad was stationed in Long Beach in the 70's I was fortunate to grow up around it. I know its a world wide thing now but I never really seen anybody rolling on D's down south until now. Especially traditional lowrider 13"s 14"s with skinny white walls.
Anyways, just wondering.

Man my first car was an 81 caddy coupe. It had 3 pumps and white guts etc... that was like 6 years ago. And people were still on top of me then. I live in Tampa Bay so you do the math

Shit man longer than that...Im 26 from Decatur Illinois and my moms and pops got pics of them when they first moved there from Missiouri of my dads friend from the Union he was in called Cuban Rick with a big long ass LTD with white walls ridin low,..haha they said he had captain chairs bolted to the floor!

well i have my first lowrider 2 pumps 10 switches it was 1985 chevy caprice and put it this way i had that car about year be4 reds in maimi open when they use to be in opalocka on thet dead end street
